Lucerne >> Bring your unused records, CDs, tapes and musical equipment, and stay for a dance or two, for a music gear swap meet and Grateful Dead dance party at the Northshore Community Center, formerly the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center, on Saturday, Feb. 27.
Admission to the event is $5 per person, with proceeds benefiting the community center. The music gear swap meet begins at 4 p.m., and the Grateful Dead dance begins at 7. A D.J. will spin audio from live Grateful Dead shows. Additionally, films of classic performances will be played, and a live pick-up band will jam along with the songs being shown. The show ends at 10 p.m.
