Lake County >> Friends of the Lake County Library have created a new program through which a person can adopt a book for any of the four branches they support.
To participate, pickup a form by going to a Lake County library or by visiting friendsofthelakecountylibrary.org and filling out a form online. Gifts are $25 for each book.
A donor may choose which branch receives the gift as well as the collection and occasion. Collection choices are adult fiction or non-fiction, children’s or young adult. Occasion choices are for birthdays, anniversaries, In memoriam, or In Honor Of. A person may also designate the format of a book, DVD or audio book.
In return you he or she receive a thank you letter, a receipt and a copy of the bookplate to be attached to your chosen book.
