Project manager Monte Brenneman, builder Russ Hutson and homeowner Justin Lord discuss the progress of a house under construction near Twin Pine Casino in Middletown. Lord, who lost his home in the Valley Fire, opted to rebuild on tribal land. Brenneman is with Next Step Storm, a faith-based nonprofit organization operating with volunteers that works to rebuild homes and lives in disaster areas.
