Lower Lake >> Bikram Yoga Lake County is hosting a free healing session on Sunday, beginning at noon, at 11455 Clayton Creek Road in Lower Lake.
The healing clinic will be offered from noon to 3 p.m. and features massage, life coaching, Reiki session, healing touch, nutrition, flower essence and relaxation exercises. The healing clinic will be followed by a community potluck from 3 to 4 p.m., and a community circle from 4 to 5.
Participants are encouraged to bring food to share at the potluck.
