O, come all ye faithful—to theaters in March. Releasing this week around the country “The Young Messiah” tells the story of Jesus at age 7, a time when the film says he and his family begin to understand his divine nature. On March 16, “Miracles from Heaven” finds a young girl amazingly surviving after a terrible accident, suggesting a divine intervention.
According to philosopher Dr. Jerry Martin, it’s the perfect time for a spiritual awakening.
“Making a decision to believe is not quite the same as accepting that belief in your bones. It is more like the first step toward believing,” says Dr. Martin, author of God: An Autobiography, As Told to a Philosopher. “In prayer, I learned that life has a further dimension—that God live and present and available to us all.”
