Clear Lake edged past a bank of tules at the Lakeport waterfront on Monday morning as it approached the historic full mark of 7.56 on the Rumsey Gauge. The lake exceeded that level by Monday afternoon. At 3:15 p.m. the US Geological Survey registered 7.58 Rumsey, the first time Clear Lake has been at or above full since March of 2011. – Dave Faries — Lake County Publishing
