REDWOOD VALLEY >> A contingent of 16 Terrace Middle School wrestlers brought home 14 medals, including five firsts, from the Eagle Peak Invitational on Saturday in Redwood Valley.
First-place medals went to Enzo Torres, who went 4-0 with one pin; Mavis Pyorre, who went 3-0 with three pins; Carlie Green, who went 2-0 with one pin; Teagan Miller, who went 2-0 with two pins; and Ashley Vasquez, who went 2-0 with two pins.
Bringing home second-place medals were Donald Mingo (3-1, three pins) and Frank Weiler (one pin) among the boys and Alyssa Gray and Delia Shirley (one pin) among the girls.
Earning third-place medals were Elijah Alvarez, Raymond Gonzales-Shoaf, Dominic Legendre and Jesse Lewis (one point) among the boys and Mackenzie Markham for the girls.
