REDWOOD CITY >> The CORE Wrestling Club of Lower Lake took four wrestlers to the Rule the Rock Tournament on Saturday in Redwood City where Dylan Neuharth, a bantam 55-pounder, came away with a first-place medal.
In other action, Miguel Garcia, a bantam 45-pounder, went 1-1 to claim second place. His brother, Mateo Garcia, a bantam 50-pounder, went 1-2 and finished third. Liberty Fuchs, a bantam 55-pounder, went 1-1 and finished second. Fuchs’ only loss came to teammate Neuharth, who dominated both of his opponents.
CORE Wrestling returns to action April 2 in Healdsburg.
