Lucerne >> Once a month the “castle,” as the Marymount California University (MCU) Lakeside campus is often called, will be open to the public for tours and information gathering.
Anyone interested in a tour, information on the university’s bachelor’s degree programs, or general use of the facility is encouraged to drop in. The open house events will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Reservations are not necessary.
MCU, Lakeside Campus is housed in the multi-story building which was originally built as a hotel in the late 1920s. Its host to other events such as the Distinguished Speaker Series, held in partnership with the Lake County Land Trust. Meetings, trainings, parties and retreats may be scheduled at the facility as well.
The open house events are scheduled for March 30, April 13, May 4, June 15, July 13 and Aug. 9. Prospective students are encouraged to stop by to tour and learn more about the degree programs and educational opportunities available.
