Hope and Change,

As Europe reels from hateful devilish murders recently Robin Hood (Obama) danced the tango in Argentina after enjoying cigars, beers and baseball with Cuban communist leaders. Recently a top US defense department official announced that Guantanamo bay transfers have resulted in American deaths and ISIS operatives can infiltrate America via Obama’s unconstitutional executive action on immigration.

Here is what happened, quietly to Americans in just eight years:

$123 Billion: Surtax on Investment Income.

$86 Billion: Hike in Medicare Payroll Tax.

$65 Billion: Individual Mandate Excise Tax and Employer Mandate Tax.

$60.1 Billion: Tax on Health Insurers.

$32 Billion: Excise Tax on Comprehensive Health Insurance Plans.

$23.6 Billion: “Black liquor” (Bio Fuel) tax hike.

$22.2 Billion: Tax on Innovator Drug Companies.

$20 Billion: Tax on Medical Device Manufacturers.

$15.2 Billion: High Medical Bills Tax.

$13.2 Billion: Flexible Spending Account Cap — aka “Special Needs Kids Tax”.

$5 Billion: Medicine Cabinet Tax.

$4.5 Billion: Elimination of tax deduction for employer-provided retirement Rx drug coverage in coordination with Medicare Part D.

$4.5 Billion: Codification of the “economic substance doctrine”.

$2.7 Billion: Tax on Indoor Tanning Services.

$1.4 Billion: HSA Withdrawal Tax Hike.

$0.6 Billion: $500,000 Annual Executive Compensation Limit for Health Insurance Executives .

$0.4 Billion: Blue Cross/Blue Shield Tax Hike.

$ Negligible: Excise Tax on Charitable Hospitals.

$ Negligible: Employer Reporting of Insurance on W-2

A 3.8 percent tax on home sales and other real estate transactions..

Remember these facts: These taxes were passed solely by elected Democrats. Not a single citizen or Republican voted for these new taxes. These taxes were all included in the so called Affordable Care Act AKA Obamacare. America’s debt skyrockets as medical insurance premiums spiral ever upwards. And as election season nears, Hillary cackles louder while Mr. Thompson steadily increases his visibility here in beautiful Lake County.

With George Bush we had Bob Hope and Johnny Cash, with Barrack Hussein Obama we have less hope and less cash.

Patton would not condone this

Mr. Mckay might want to seriously consider a career in writing fiction. He has most certainly proven his expertise in spinning the tall tale.

As an aside, my father served as staff sgt. under General Patton in WWII — he even served as scout for the general, being sent ahead in convoys as a decoy for Patton, and stood guard during the general’s “visits” from Marlena Dietrich. He was commended by the general for his leadership. My father was a much gentler man than Gen. Patton, and certainly not a career soldier, but nothing in the stories he recounted for us of his time with the general would lead me to believe that Patton would condone the insane suggestions of either Mr. McKay or Mr. Bracken — certainly not the implication that those soldiers suffering with PTSD are weak or slacking.

To suggest such a thing is despicable and shameful.

Paying the cost?

I was not sure how to get this out to the public regarding insurance and debris cleanup costs through CalRecycle so I am attaching excerpts from a copy of a handout that was recently sent to me that was handed out by CalRecycle that explains the process. There is no one that I am aware of that has received their invoice, instead they are being asked for their payout information.

This handout clearly states that if you received insurance money and your policy has no provision for debris cleanup, then your insurance company sends a letter to that effect and State will pick up the whole tab.

Two excerpts:

“Have an insurance policy that does not haye a specific amount designated for debris cleanup: You can still participate in the debris cleanup program, but you must provide a letter from your insurance company stating the fact that there is no debris cleanup-specific allocation in your insurance policy. This letter should be provided to the County. When it is verified that you do not have a specific amount in your policy designated for debris cleanup, the cleanup program will pay the entire amount for cleanup of your property.”

“The county is handling all of the payment logistics for the cleanup program. When the entire cleanup is complete you will be provided with an itemized list of all the costs from your property’s cleanup. You will work with the County and your insurance company to ensure your property’s clean up cost are paid by your insurance agency. The program works with actual costs, never estimates.”
