The Lake County Continuum of Care (CoC)is currently recruiting for committee members to help in the goal of ending homelessness.
CoC is comprised of public and private agencies, along with community residents including homeless and formerly homeless individuals. It was designed to assess the need for homeless and affordable housing services, as well as to develop and implement a CoC plan for the region on behalf of at-risk and homeless individuals and families.
