Kelseyville Elementary School
Kelseyville Elementary School is currently scheduling kindergarten registration appointments for fall 2016. Appointment dates are April 12 and 13. If a child will be 5 years old by Sept. 1 of this year, he/she is eligible for Kindergarten entrance.
If a child will be 5 years old between Sept. 1 and Dec. 2 of this year, he/she is eligible for Transitional, which is a two-year program.
A parent or guardian will need to bring the child to this appointment along with his/her birth certificate, immunization records, proof of physical exam, dental exam, social security card and proof of physical address (PG&E bill, water bill, etc.). Call 279-4232 to schedule an appointment.

Lakeport Elementary School
Lakeport Elementary School will hold a kindergarten roundup for fall enrollment registrations on April 21 from 8:10 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 2:50 p.m.
If a child will be 5 years of age on or before Sept. 1, he or she is eligible. For students who have a birthday that falls after Sept. 1 and on or before Dec. 2, Lakeport Elementary School offers a transitional kindergarten class. Parents may contact the school office for more information regarding this program.
Birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residence, a health examination and dental assessment are requirements when entering school. Students will not start school without up-to-date immunization records on file.
Appointments are mandatory, so parents are asked to call the school office at 262-3005 to schedule a time. Parents can pick up a registration packet and set up an appointment at the office at Lakeport Elementary School as well.
The school is located at 250 Lange St. in Lakeport.
Middletown Christian School
The kindergarten roundup and classroom visit at Middletown Christian School will take place on April 22 from 11 a.m. to noon.
Those who attend will get a peek of the school’s kindergarten class and have the chance to sit in for story time, sing songs and have a class snack.

Cobb Mountain Elementary School
Kindergarten roundup (registration), will be held at Cobb Mountain Elementary School May 11 and 12. Call the school office, 987-1450, ext. 5100, for an appointment.
Children who will be 5 years old by Sept. 1 are encouraged to attend the kindergarten roundup. Parents need to provide immunization records and a county-issued birth certificate. At roundup, prospective kindergartners will be screened by the kindergarten teacher.
Parents who are unable to attend can stop by the school office to pick up a registration packet.
