HEALDSBURG >> Four members of the CORE Wrestling Club of Lower Lake participated in a Coastal Mountain Wrestling Association freestyle tournament on Saturday in Healdsburg.

Dylan Neuharth claimed his first first-place medal of the year by winning the 54-pound intermediate division.

In the bantam 66-pound division, Hailee McRae came in third while brother Anthony McRae placed second in his division.

Also competing for CORE Wrestling was Liberty Fuchs.

Joining CORE this weekend was Lower Lake High School alum Erick Moreno, who is currently wrestling at Sacramento City College. He competed in the 160-pound open division in both freestyle and Greco, placing first in freestyle and second in Greco.

CORE’s next competition is April 9 at Chico for a Northern Area Wrestling Association Freestyle/Greco Tournament.
