Ligia Sequeira, of Hidden Valley Lake, admires Mark Colp’s sculpture of a heron in reeds. Sequeira won the chainsaw carving made by the Lakeport artist during the Park Study Club’s Art of Parade raffle. The club sold raffle tickets starting in October, with the winning ticket being drawn at its annual wine event held in March.
