Crappie have been easy pickings for anglers lately. To address this, the Lake County Fish and Wildlife Advisory Committee will hold a meeting on April 21 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers in the courthouse in Lakeport.
On the agenda is a recommendation to decrease the crappie daily limit from the present 25 to 10. Also on the agenda reports from the Fish and Wildlife game wardens, county agencies and other business that impacts the environment of Lake County.
The meeting is open to the public.
