Learn the ins and outs of an effective business plan and how to prepare one at Wednesday’s SCORE workshop, presented by Roy Johnston.
Johnston is a workshop speaker for SCORE and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and is active in the Business Law Sections of the Sonoma County Bar Association and the California Bar Association
He will instruct on the benefits of writing a business plan, how to put it to effective use and the mistakes to avoid in preparing a plan.
Johnston is an attorney specializing in business law, real estate law, and estate planning. Currently in his 18th year of practice, he brings to the law his background as a successful businessman with strong managerial and marketing education and experience.
