BUCKINGHAM >> Undefeated Coastal Mountain Conference North golf leader Willits defeated Clear Lake and Fort Bragg during action Tuesday afternoon at Buckingham Golf and Country Club.
It was the seventh of eight matches this season for the North squads.
Willits finished with 405 (combined low four rounds) to Clear Lake’s 456 and Fort Bragg’s 514.
Price Runberg of Willits fired the day’s low round, a 99, on the par-72 Buckingham layout.
Mike Camacho led Clear Lake with 109. Other Clear Lake scores had Brenden Allen with 113, Dylan McGuire with 116, Terra Morin with 118 and Nolan Williams with 120.
The North teams play their final regular-season match next Tuesday at Little River.
During a North match last week at Northwood Golf Club in Monte Rio, Willits defeated Clear Lake 403-442. Fort Bragg was not present.
Brandon Johnson of Willits shot the low round with a 95 and teammate Runberg was a shot back at 96. McGuire led Clear Lake with 106 and teammates Williams and Camacho finished with 108 and 110, respectively.
Other Clear Lake scores had Allen at 118, Jared Scott at 128 and Mia Miller at 131.
