NICE >> The annual Harville Beef Barbecue, a fundraiser for Upper Lake High School athletics, takes place May 22 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Boathouse Restaurant in Nice.
A tri-tip dinner with two side dishes, salad and bread will be served. Tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for children ages 12 and younger. The Lakeport Elks will be selling $5 raffle tickets for such prizes as Athletics tickets, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk passes and gift certificates to several Lake County businesses.
You can purchase barbecue tickets at the door or from any Upper Lake High School athlete or coach.
