Middletown >> Award-wining professor and author Guy McPherson will lead a community discussion on climate change as it relates to the Valley Fire on Friday.
McPherson is professor emeritus of natural resources and ecology, as well as evolutionary biology at the University of Arizona. He’s penned a dozen books including “Going Dark” and “Extinction Dialogs.”
Friday’s event takes place from noon to 2 p.m. at the Middletown Art Center, located at 21456 Highway 175.
