LAKEPORT >> A 2-mile fun walk takes place May 29 beginning at 8 a.m. with the start and finish line at the Kiwanis Craft Fair at Natural High School on North Main Street in Lakeport.
All walk proceeds benefit the continuing development of Westside Community Park in Lakeport.
The walk course winds through downtown Lakeport. The registration fee is $20 and includes a T-shirt.
You can register online at www.westsidecommunitypark.org or sign up the day of the walk beginning at 7:30 a.m. You can also register the day before the walk at the Westside Park Committee Booth at the Kiwanis Craft Fair.
