Davis >> On Friday, Elmer Mark Kropp’s campaign for California State Assembly District 4, which covers all or parts of Colusa, Lake, Napa, Solano, Sonoma and Yolo counties, received the endorsement of the League of Humane Voters, a national organization that recognizes that animal protection requires laws and enforcement.
The League of Humane Voters is a non-partisan organization that has endorsed candidates based on their expressed commitment to working on passing legislation to protect animals and on the strength of their electoral campaigns.
The League of Humane Voters California Chapter (LOHVCa) is a source of information about legislation impacting animals in the state. The LOHVCa recently joined forces with PawPAC, a political action committee for animals in California with a long history.
“I’m honored to have the support of the League of Humane Voters,” Kropp, MD, said of the endorsement. “Throughout my career, I have taken a stand on humane treatment of animals. I look forward to continuing our work together as a member of the state assembly.”
