The incident reportedly involved a 2015 Red Chevrolet Camero, Lakeport police Lt. Jason Ferguson reported. Just after 7:30 p.m. at Vista Point, the car apparently stuck the juvenile female victim. She sustained major injuries and was airlifted to an out-of-county hospital.
The LPD is looking for information from anyone who may have been at Vista Point and witnessed the incident or anyone who has information regarding the events that occurred or details on the vehicle and driver.
