UPPER LAKE >> Last-chance sign-ups for Northshore Warriors youth football teams for the upcoming 2016 season take place on June 15 and again on June 22 at Sentry Market in Nice. Sign-ups hours both days are 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
You must bring a certified copy of your birth certificate to the sign-ups and have proof of a physical performed by your local physician clearing your child to play. Practice opens Aug. 1.
