Clearlake >> Healthy lifestyle advocate Yvonne Quintero now offers “Fit Friday Workout” classes at Highlands Senior Service Center.
Classes are held from 10:30 to 11 a.m.
Quintero is a personal trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise.
Highlands Senior Service Center is located at 3245 Bowers Ave. in Clearlake.
