Global Warming

Mac has let the falsehoods fly again (RB 6-30). State Attorneys General cannot create laws and no legislatures would create laws against belief (that would violate both the religion and association clause).

Now to school textbooks, which are supposed to be based on scientific facts, and have been banned. This reminds me of Intelligent design, which state legislators introduced into textbooks in Kansas, which was determined to be religion by a federal judge and not allowed by the first amendment, aside from having no scientific basis.

When I first started reading Mac’s comments concerning global warming (over a year ago) I was curious that he said that it had not occurred in the last 17 years. I wondered that he didn’t say the last 20 or 30 or 50 years. It turns out that 17 years ago was an unusually hot year so basing the temp range from that year made the succeeding years average just about zero. Doing the range for 30 or 50 years made the trend very much global warming. I wonder what this ‘new study’ is based on.

Now a quote found in Factcheck.org, “According to a summary of evidence by the U.S. Geological Survey, the entire collection of volcanoes around the world emits an average of 0.26 gigatons of CO2 per year. (A gigaton is equal to one billion metric tons.) Humans today, on the other hand, emit over 30 gigatons every year, from power plants and factories, cars and airplanes, agriculture, and other activities.” That is almost 120 times as much.

Mt. St. Helens is currently producing almost no CO2. So Mac must have meant during it’s eruption that it produced more pollution than the state of Washington did.

And the bit about LGBT and Obama and letting his daughters shower with a transgender boy is false. Unless Mac has talked directly to the President and asked him about it. Is that right, Mac?

And then the very curious thing Mac writes, “President Obama said “you didn’t make that”, that’s right I worked all of my life to retire in comfort and I didn’t make that!” Was Mac a government worker building roadway infrastructure? Because that is what Obama was referring to.

I pointed this out to Mac a long time ago but he still insists on coming up with new ways to take Democratic quotes way out of context. I must apologize to the other readers for having to listen to me try to make Mac present at least one truth.

She gets another one! Wow!

While it is almost certain the AG will concur with Mr. Comey, it is evident what one will do to protect job security .

I’m at the end of the road, I’ve had my life but I fear for my family’s well being living under an administration that condones corruption.

We deserve better.
