- Judge Andrew S. Blum presents a certificate for the Lake County Grand Jury’s youth art contest. The artwork is included in the grand jury’s 2015-2016 report and themes reflect the natural beauty of Lake County, its culture, rebirth and renewal. - Kelseyville High School student Megan Petersen, 16, receives a first-place certificate for the Lake County Grand Jury’s art contest for people ages 6 to 18. Petersen also won a prize of $200.
