Lakeport >> Jerry Pendleton, with RE/MAX Lake County Realty, has received the RE/MAX Executive Club Award for 2016, which honors successful agents. In 2015, the award was presented to less than 19 percent of all active RE/MAX agents.

Pendleton has been a Lake County resident for 39 years and joined the RE/MAX Lake County Realty team in November 2015 with an extensive knowledge of the area.
He serves on the Lake County Association of Realtors MLS committee and has been involved in volunteer coaching of youth sports. He also supports Children’s Miracle Network and Lake County Association of Realtors Scholarship Fund.
