Lake County >> North Coast Opportunities (NCO) is now enrolling pre-school age children for its Head Start Child Development Program.
It provides free services to low-income families with children ages 3 to 5. Service for children with disabilities provided.
NCO operates programs in Clearlake, Lakeport and Upper Lake, as well as Mendocino County.
Eligible families can enroll a child at no cost for full- or half-day classes.
