Clearlake >> The Highlands Senior Service Center’s annual benefit dinner/dance takes place Sept. 10.
Doors will open at 5 p.m. and dinner will be served starting at 6 p.m. The meal will be provided by Chatterbox Catering. A no-host bar will be provided by the Lakeshore Lions Club.
There will be a silent auction featuring items donated by local businesses, as well as a dessert auction with treats created by local bakers going to the highest bidder. Special guest David Neft will provide dining entertainment. Lou Derr and Bootleg will play during the dance after dinner.
Seating is limited. Tickets are on sale now in the Highlands Senior Center office, 3245 Bowers Ave. in Clearlake for $35 each.
