Lakeport >> An unknown man exposed himself to a woman out grocery shopping Monday afternoon.
The suspect was allegedly parked next to the 63-year-old victim’s car in the Safeway parking lot, exposing his private parts while looking at her, Chief Brad Rasmussen said in a media statement released later that day.
According to the woman, she first noticed the suspect in a cream colored Lexus when she arrived at the store in the Willow Tree Shopping Center on 11th Street. By the time she finished shopping about an hour later, the man was parked next to her own vehicle.
The victim left the area when she saw the suspect exposing himself and immediately contacted law enforcement at about 2:45 p.m., Rasmussen said.
Police are seeking the suspect who is described as having a dark complexion with short dark hair and balding. The victim provided a partial license plate number for the Lexus which is JT656.
