A handful of the 25 campers attending the final day of the annual Clear Lake Soccer Camp at Clear Lake High School in Lakeport run through a drill sans soccer ball on Thursday morning. Simulated game play is another part of the camp, which is a fundraiser for the girls’ soccer program at Clear Lake High. The Cardinals have a tandem of new varsity coaches this season as Thomas Burke and Shannon Aolia lead the squad into the 2016 campaign. They’ll be looking to return Clear Lake to its winning ways after a rare losing season (6-13-5) in 2015.
