The Annual Blue Wing Blues Festival at Upper Lake’s Blue Wing Saloon kicked off last night with performances by the Bill Noteman Trio and The Barry “The Fish” Melton Band. Tonight, Rev Rabia and the Daniel Castro Band hit the patio deck and Sunday night Chris Cain will close out the show.
