Clearlake >>The Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce and the city will hold a “State of the City” presentation on Aug. 31.
“I am very proud to be the first City Manager to bring the State of the City event to Clearlake. We have accomplished a lot and have a lot more in the planning stages and we want the community to know all that is happening,” Greg Folsom said in a media statement.
The program will take place at the Highlands Senior Service Center and begin at 5 p.m. with an open house. It will give residents an opportunity to interact with and ask questions to police and staff from city departments, as well as chamber and PEG TV representatives.
The formal presentation by the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce and the city of Clearlake will begin at 6 p.m.
The public is invited to attend and is encouraged to come early to interact with the different departments, find out what programs are being offered and to get questions answered. Appetizers will be provided by Chatterbox Catering.
The Highlands Senior Service Center is located at 3245 Bowers Ave. in Clearlake.
