Jennifer Fletcher (left) was named TOPS ‘Most Inspirational Member’ at a recent ceremony. Being chosen as Most Inspirational Member requires certain traits and characteristics. To be recognized by her peers as that individuals is certainly an honor. Fletcher has all the necessary requirements — sharing, caring and encouraging, well on her way to obtaining her goal weight and constantly building enthusiasm for all members to do the same.
