The E Center Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program provides nutrition education, support and help with breastfeeding, community and health care referrals. Staff also checks for supplemental food for eligible pregnant women, new moms, postpartum women, infants and children younger than the age of 5. Single fathers, foster parents and guardians of children younger than 5 are also eligible. Formula supplementation is available for infants. The food packs include fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, milk, cereal, juice, whole grains, and beans or peanut butter.

Lakeport
Location: WIC office, 831 Bevins St.
Dates: Monday Sept. 19; Tuesdays Sept. 6, 13, 20 and 27; Wednesday Sept. 7 (afternoon only) and Friday Sept. 23.
Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Clearlake
Location: 14085-4 Lakeshore Drive
Dates: Mondays Sept. 12 and 26; Wednesday Sept. 21; Thursdays Sept. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 and Friday Sept. 16.
Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Lucerne
