CLEARLAKE OAKS >> East Lake School is hosting their second annual Career Week and Vehicle Days during through Sept. 16. The events aim to promote career awareness, community involvement and a Crayons to College approach to successful learning.
Career Week and Vehicle Days is held on school property and consists of different vehicles, their drivers, and individuals representing different careers and occupations.
East Lake students in Kindergarten through 5th grade will have opportunity to explore career development topics prior to Career Week and Vehicle Days so that they are prepared to ask questions, listen, and engage in the process. This event will enhance the learning experience and give students the exciting opportunity to meet key figures in the community while gaining knowledge of various career paths available to them in the future.
