LOWER LAKE >> The Lower Lake Historic Schoolhouse Museum will hold its annual Quilt & Fiber Arts Show Saturday through Oct. 15.

For the 24th year running at the Lower Lake museum, this event has brought in textile artwork not only from across the county but around the globe.

An artists’ reception will take place from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday. The reception will feature multiple demonstrations by various artists, including spinning and weaving.

This exhibition is an opportunity to view textiles in a new way and get reacquainted with the Lower Lake Schoolhouse Museum, located at 16435 Main St. in Lower Lake.
