Courtney Hiatt (24) is the lone senior and one of two team captains on the 10-player Clear Lake High School varsity volleyball roster in 2016. The Cardinals are trying to make Hiatt’s season a memorable one as they are locked in a first-place tie with archrival Kelseyville in the North Central League I standings. Both teams are 4-0 and have yet to face each other this season. The first of two league meetings is Oct. 4 in Lakeport. They’ll also play on the final day of the regular season, Oct. 27 in Kelseyville.
