STOCKTON >> Cooper Goff and Joey Mendonca of the Lake County Fishing Club placed second in the Bulldogs Bass Anglers Delta Classic last weekend on the Delta.
Goff and Mendonca, both of Kelseyville, finished with 12.6 pounds. Another Lake County Fish Club team from Kelseyville, Jason Gentle and Nathan Phillips, came in fifth with 10 pounds.
A total of 58 teams took part in the tournament, which took place in the same vicinity as a 100-boat professional tournament.
Other members of the Lake County Fish Club taking part in the Bulldogs Bass Anglers Delta Classic were Rafael Perez, Devin Cole, Jose Carrillo, Thomas Humphrey, Colton Goetjen and Nathan Sneed.
