This week at Galilee, at 10 a.m. on Sunday, we read about the healing of Naaman the leper by the prophet Elisha, the healing of the ten lepers by Jesus. Several specific issues are raised by these accounts. What must we do to “deserve” healing? What is the proper response on our part afterward? Are people still healed today, in this world of modern medicine and homeopathic alternatives?
At Galilee Lutheran Church, we invite everyone. We invite people of all races and economic status. We invite experienced Christians, those looking for faith and those damaged by the church. We invite everyone along the gender and sexual orientation spectrum. We want to share God’s love with you.
