High tea: The Women of the Moose No. 1691 will have a high tea starting at noon. Coffee and door prizes will also be available. Three courses will be served: tea sandwiches, savory treats and sweet desserts. Only pre-sale tickets, which cost $10 per person, will be sold. Festival: Shipwreck Day will take place at Library Park from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The annual, family friendly event features a pirate costume and tattoo contest, music, activities for children, food, grog tasting, message in a bottle contest, vendor booths and a treasure hunt. Guests are encouraged to attend in costume. Library Park is located at 225 Park St. in Lakeport.

Breakfast: On the third Sunday of each month, the Clear Lake/Callayomi Masonic Lodge No. 183, Free and Accepted Masons, serves a full, sit-down breakfast at the Masonic Center located at 7100 S. Center Drive in Clearlake. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11 a.m. Cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children ages 6-12. Kids younger than 6 are fee and are served a special “kids” breakfast.

Fair/tournament: A free community health fair and basketball tournament will be held at the Clearlake Youth Center, located at 4750 Golf Ave., starting at 10 a.m. The event will feature a DJ, dancers, prizes, raffles, food and games for children. The first-place winners of the tournament will receive new mountain mikes. Second- and third-place winners will also receive awards. To sign up for the basketball tournament call (707) 295-1492.

Kelseyville

Dinner: The Kelseyville Presbyterian Church will host its annual harvest dinner from 5-7:30 p.m., and will feature turkey with all the trimmings, dessert and beverage. The cost is $13 for adults and $7 for children younger than 12. Reserve a table by buying five tickets, and get the sixth one free. For reservations and information, call the church at 279-1104. Lakeport

Event: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints will host “Families Are Forever, Generations Birthday Party” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be activities for children and adults including, games, genealogy classes and hands-on projects, as well as displays and prizes during the free event. Additionally, guests can have family/individual photos to take home. This event is directed by Jaimon Farris for his Eagle Scout Project. The public is invited to attend. Oktoberfest: The Middletown Senior Center will present an Oktoberfest dinner/fundraiser at 5:30 p.m. with German inspired hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert. The cost is $12 a person.
