For the fifth year running, the Clear Lake Road Riders Motorcycle Club Inc., a non-profit club, collected funds for the scholarship committee that seeks hard-working students with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher, and who plan on attending one of Lake County’s junior colleges.
So, it’s time to reveal the names of this year’s college scholarship honorees. They are: Kylie Lampela from Lower Lake High, Johnathan G Vertress from Clear Lake High, and Catherine Carr Brown from Upper Lake High. Each student will be granted with a scholarship in the amount of $480.
Without the help of local businesses and private donors, these scholarships would not be possible. The members of the Motorcycle Club would like to thank all of the sponsors for helping these exceptional young adults to achieve more through higher education.
The Clear Lake Motorcycle Club Inc. is a registered non-profit organization and any donation you make, qualifies as a tax write off.
