Oktoberfest: The Middletown Senior Center will present an Oktoberfest dinner/fundraiser at 5:30 p.m. with German inspired hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert. The cost is $12 a person. There will be beer and wine for sale as well as a silent auction. The event will benefit the Meals on Wheels and senior nutrition programs. Fundraiser: The Animal Coalition of Lake County will host its seventh annual Halloween and costume party at the Moose Lodge, located at 15900 E. Highway 20 in Clearlake Oaks. Cocktail hour will be at 5 p.m. Dinner, an all-you-can-eat Italian feast, will be served at 6 p.m. White Waters will play live music, and there will also be a live auction.
