Lakeshore Lion Elliott Naess presented to Clearlake Police Department Explorer Michael Jamison a check from Lakeshore Lions for $500 to purchase uniforms and supplies. Lion Elliott brought this to the attention of the Lakeshore Lions Club and brought in Officer Stephanie Green and Officer Nikki Burrell with some of the explorers to a meeting. The club voted to give them a donation. Explorer Tristan Day, Lion red Moeller, Explorer Kat Brown, and Explorer Karina Mendoza were excited about the donation too. The Explorers is a program by the CPD for children and community. – Bunnie Carter
