CLEARLAKE >> The Clearlake City Council announced on Wednesday that the Redbud and Thompson Harbor Ramp will be closed down immediately due to high lake levels and hazardous conditions.
Doug Herren, Public Works Director in the county said in a prepared statement that all ramps will be re-opened when the Lake level reaches a safe or adequate amount for launching. He did not indicate the precise level. The county has indicated previously that wake controls would be lifted when the lake drops to 7.9 on the Rumsey Gauge
