Road crews worked Tuesday morning on replacing a bridge on New Long Valley Road in Spring Valley. Crews had the roadway open yesterday afternoon. The road has been closed to all traffic since 9 a.m. Sunday following a mud and debris slide several thousand feet long that severely damaged the bridge, leaving valley residents temporarily cutoff from the rest of the county.
