The Red Cross has opened a second shelter at the California National Guard Armory in Lakeport. Flood evacuees are welcome. The address is 1431 Hoyt Avenue.
Be advised that Hill Road East is closed between Lakeshore Blvd and the hospital entrance so access to the armory is limited to the Park Way area.
Motorists using Highway 29 are advised to utilize the Hill Road/Park Way exit.
