LITTLE RIVER >> Sam Long’s round of 96 led the Clear Lake High School golf team to a win over Fort Bragg and Willits in the Coastal Mountain Conference North opener for all three squads on Thursday afternoon at Little River Golf Course.
Clear Lake finished with a team score of 448 to Fort Bragg’s 462 and Willits’ 494. The low four individual rounds for each school are counted.
Also for Clear Lake, Dylan McGuire finished with 107, Jared Scott had 120 and Sierra Powers carded 125. Brenden Allen finished with 128.
Clear Lake hosts Fort Bragg and Willits in a CMC North match on Tuesday beginning at noon at Buckingham Golf and Country Club.
