Be ready to paint the town blue.
Two separate blues bands will be performing in Kelseyville tonight at separate venues. Dave Broida’s Blues Farm will be hosted by Smiling Dog Winery Tasting Room from 6-9:30 p.m. This band is a local favorite playing original blues and soulful vocals by Broida with blistering guitar by crowd favorite Larry “Mojo” Platz.
Right next door, Kelsey Creek Brewing will be Hot Roux, a New Orleans style rhythm and blues band touring the west coast with stops in San Jose, Redding and two nights in Lake County: Friday from 6:30-9:30 at Kelsey Creek Brewing and Monday from 6:30-9 p.m. at the Blue Wing Saloon in Upper Lake.
