WILLITS >> Terrace Middle School wrestlers brought home five first-place medals from the Willits Invitational on Tuesday in Willits.

The Vikings also came away with three second-place medals and three thirds.

Winning their weight divisions were Ashley Pyorre with a 2-0 record and two pins at 94 pounds, Blake Moak with a 3-0 record and three pins in the heavyweight division, Liam Wayment with a 2-0 record and two pins at 185 pounds, Uzziel Alvarez with a 2-0 record and one pin at 168 pounds, and Liam Davis with a 2-0 record and two pins at 109 pounds.

Second-place medals went to Nathan Pyorre with a 1-1 record and one pin at 80 pounds, Jonathan Werner with a 1-1 record and one pin at 180 pounds, and Raymond Gonzales-Shoaf with a 2-1 record and one pin in the heavyweight division.

Third-place medal winners were Samuel Vanoven at 104 pounds, Landon Bethel at 124 pounds and Carlos Villanueva at 80 pounds.
